I. GENERAL REGULATIONS
§ 1.

1. This document hereinafter referred to as the "Forum Rules" or "Rules" is a collection of information, precepts and prohibitions, designed to ensure all users of Hedrenis Portal, hereinafter known as the "Forum", possibly the greatest pleasure from its use.
   
2. These Rules are supplementary Rules for the Portal Rules.

§ 2.

1. These Rules are completed by each specific Forums category Rules, which can be found on the categories site in form of a note.
   
2. In case of additional Rules absence for the specific category of the Forum, Forum Rules and supplementary regulations are enforced.

II. TOPIC CREATING
§ 3.

1. Before creating a new topic, each User should search the forums to see if the problem, which the he wants to discuss has not already been created.
   
2. Topics of the same subject shall be merged to the already existing ones, or deleted. In case of deletion, the most active topic will remain (the highest number of responses or views).

§ 4.

Consequential renewal of a topic that has been deleted is treated as a spam.

III. REPLY ADDING
§ 5.

Each forum User, using the privileges granted, may take part in the ongoing discussions on the Forum.

§ 6.

1. Every User joining the discussion on a particular subject is obliged to keep with the subject.
   
2. Replies, which will wander off the primary subject or disturb its thematic structure, shall be deleted.

§ 7.

Consequential renewal of a reply that has been deleted or had blocked edit option is treated as a spam.

IV. WARNINGS
§ 8.

1. Warnings are given for actions violating the Forum Rules, Portal Rules or additional Rules of each individual section.
   
2. Warnings are given by each section moderator, global moderators and Forum Administrators.

§ 9.

1. Warnings last for 90 days.
   
2. Once given warning won't be deleted until it expires.

§ 10.

1. Each User shall be informed if he has been given a warning.
   
2. In case of not being informed of the warning given, User has the right to appeal from the punishment through the Forum Administrators. This does not apply to §4 and §7.

V. BANNING
§ 11.

1. In case of serious or multiple Rules violation, Forum Administrators reserve the right to limit Users access to the Forums (whole, or its part).
   
2. Banning is the last resort, used in cases, where warnings have no effect on Users behavior.
   
3. Bans are permanent.

VI. RANK SYSTEM
§ 12.

1. The rank system existing on the Forum differs form the one presented on the Portal.
   
2. Rank system has been created in a specific way that ensures efficient moderation of each Forums section.

§ 13.

1. Each group is closed for normal Users.
   
2. The decision to promote normal User into the group is made by its leader with agreement of Portal or Forum Administrator.

VII. FINAL REGULATIONS
§ 14.

1. Acceptance of these Rules is essential to use the Forums.
   
2. Each Forum User, who takes part in any discussion, is thought to have had accepted regulations of these Rules.

§ 15.

1. Forum Rules with any corrections made, holds true, since the moment of release (unless it has been stated differently).
   
2. Actual version of the Rules holds true since 2008-10-18 until eventual revocation.
